What are the differences between Fairway Vinyl Railings and Fairway Composite Railings? The Fairway Composite Railings are not only beautiful to the eye... but they are also beautiful to the touch. Fairway Composite Railings have the look and feel of high quality painted wood... but with all the benefits of vinyl.

Railings today
come in pressure treated, vinyl, composite that looks like white
vinyl, composite that looks like wood (sort of), Ipe,
and even aluminum balusters (those things most of us call pickets).

Note: This is one of the few vinyl
railings to receive an ICC-ES (formerly called BOCA) number and
therefore receive Fairfax
County Building & Plan Review approval for use
in Fairfax County. You can download the
ICC-ES report (print out two copies to take with
you when obtaining a Permit) from the link provided.
